This v1 API  will be deprecated from 15th March 2020


To edit a particular ticket in Faveo.

URL : api/v1/helpdesk/edit     

           (Replace this URL with you helpdesk URL)

Parameters :

Name Data Type Required / Optional Description
api_key String Required if in-app made it mandatory An alphanumeric code that can be used to authenticate your API calls
ip String Optional The IP address of the Customer/location where API call is being made from
ticket_id Integer Required The id of the ticket to reply
subject String Required A body of your reply
help_topic Integer Required An id of the Help topic
ticket_source Integer Required An id of the ticket source
ticket_priority Integer Required An id of the ticket priority
token String Required Token generated for a user
ticket_type Integer Required An id of the ticket types
assigned Integer Optional An id of the assignee

  •   Response Format: JSON
  •   Returns JSON which contains below response
