This v1 API  will be deprecated from 15th March 2020


To give reply for a particular ticket in Faveo.

URL :   api/v1/helpdesk/reply   

             (Replace this URL with you helpdesk URL)


Name Data Type Required / Optional Description
api_key String Optional An alphanumeric code that can be used to authenticate your API calls
ip String Optional An IP address of the Customer/location where API call is being made from
ticket_id Integer Required An id of the ticket to reply
reply_content String Required The body of your reply
token String Required Token generated for a user
media_attachment[] file Optional Media attachment
inline file Optional Inline image attachments

HTTP Method : POST      

  •   URL Request Example: is the sample reply for the ticket.


  •   Response Format: JSON
  •   Returns JSON which contains below response

Response Description:

Parameter                                              Description
success It will give a boolean value like true or false. If replied successfully then it will give true value else it will give a false value.
message It will gives an message which contain replied successfully or not.

Possible Errors/Failures:

 If invalid ticket id is provided in the request
