This v1 API  will be deprecated from 15th March 2020


This API we are using to change the status of a ticket. To change the status of a ticket we need to send the ticket id and the status id.

URL : api/v2/helpdesk/status/change

          (Replace this URL with you helpdesk URL)

Parameters :

Name Data Type Required / Optional Description
api_key String Optional An alphanumeric code that can be used to authenticate your API calls
token String Required Token generated for a user
ticket_id Integer Required Id of the ticket has to change the status
status_id integer Required Id of the status

HTTP Method : POST

Response Description:

Parameter Description
success It will give a boolean value like true or false. If ticket status is changed successfully then it will give true value else it will give false value
message It will give a message that status changed.
